 WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

1-7 business days, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. If you can't wait to get your piece you can always choose express shipping in the checkout. Orders outside EU can take up to 10 business days to be shipped. 

If your order contains more than 4 products the shipping time can take up to 10 business days.

IF I HAVE A SPECIFIC QUESTION, WHERE CAN I TURN?

CAN I RETURN THE ITEMS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Yes, as long as the piece is unworn and the with tag isn't removed it can be returned, and shall be so within 14 days after receiving it. If you need any additional information about returning any items, please contact us on info@juliaidas.com.

Customized orders can't be returned. 

If you return your order the shipping cost will not be refunded.

WHAT IF MY PIECE IS BROKEN OR BREAKS?

We always make sure that our jewelry are sent in an excellent condition. If your piece would break during the shipping we need you to send a picture of it, as well as of the package. The same applies if your piece breaks while wearing it. Please feel free contact us for more information. 

WHAT MATERIALS DO YOU WORK WITH?

The materials can vary depending on the model and the type of jewelry. All our pearl jewelry are made with real freshwater pearls. What is good to know is that every freshwater pearl is unique, meaning that it can differ in color and shape. Apart from the freshwater pearls, we use seed beads. On an additional note, all pieces are nickel free. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS 

To keep your jewelry in a good condition we recommend you to avoid showering, sleep and/or bath with your jewelry.
